XSEED Games Dates The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC

XSEED Games has announced the North American release date for their upcoming RPG, The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC and it's much sooner than many expected: October 29, 2015. Slated for release on PlayStation Portable and Windows PC via GOG.com and Steam at $29.99, Trails SC is a direct sequel to the original Trails in the Sky and picks up a mere hours after the end of the original game.

Estelle must travel across Liberl to find Joshua, but she is also instructed to investigate the mysterious Society of Ouroboros. As with other Nihon Falcom games, the soundtrack is penned by Sound Team JDK, and other staples from the series, such as its strategy-based combat and massive world, also return.

We're excited to see this release after years of work by XSEED; keep your eyes on the PlayStation Store, GOG.com, and Steam next Thursday in North American and sometime soon afterward in Europe.
