NIS America has released new character trailers for Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance featuring Red Magnus and Usalia. They are each demon overlords of their respective netherworlds who join with Killia in his quest to defeat the evil Void Dark.
Red Magnus is the overlord of the Scorched Flame Netherworld and has an ability allowing him to grow in size to deal more damage. He has a history with Seraphina, the game's heroine, in certain events that precede Disgaea 5
Usalia is the overlord of Toto Bunny Netherworld, a place normally filled with peaceful demons. However, she is drawn into the conflict after falling victim to a curse by one of Void Dark's underlings. She must continually eat curry to avoid flying to a rage, and though she originally hated the food it is now one of her favorites.
NIS America has also launched a website called Disgaea 5: Alliance Match Maker that allows players to create a profile and "form an alliance" a la Tinder. The resulting match will reward players with a downloadable icon and information about their alliance.
Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance comes out in North America on the PS4 on October 6th and Europe on October 16th.
