First Look at Dragon Quest Heroes II Shows New Monsters

Dragon Quest Heroes II: Twin Kings and the Prophecy's End received some special coverage in the most recent issue of Weekly Jump magazine.

A scan from the magazine reveals several classic Dragon Quest enemies that will make an appearance on the battlefield in Dragon Quest Heroes II. Most notable is the big evil dude from DQ IV, Balzack.

New monsters for Dragon Quest Heroes II:

  • Balzack
  • Treeface
  • Cyrus
  • Platypunk
  • Winged Sabrecat

You can see a small screenshot of DQ VIII 's Jessica, DQ VII's Maribel and DQ VI's Terry and Cyrus all squaring off against the massive and terrible Balzack.

Dragon Quest Heroes II: Twin Kings and the Prophecy's End will release for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in Japan, in Spring 2016.
