Dragon Quest VII for Smartphones is Out in Japan

The Dragon Quest series is a cornerstone of the JRPG genre, and one of the franchise's best offerings is now on smartphones in Japan. Dragon Quest VII: Warriors of Eden, uses the 3DS remake as its base and uses a smartphone optimized control scheme, a higher resolution, and a "Suspend" save system allowing the player to turn off the game and resume at any time.

Dragon Quest VII: Warriors of Eden released on September 17 for 1,800 yen. You can check out the debut trailer below!

Now lets hope the next bit of Dragon Quest VII news is about a localization of the 3DS version. A kid can dream...
