Shouzou Kaga is the original lead game designer of the Fire Emblem series and he is now using a "maker" software, SRPG Studio, to create a brand new game, Vestaria Saga.
Vestaria Saga is nothing more than a passion project and Kaga has been very upfront about the possibility that it may never be finished, but as of the latest report, he and his small team are 10% done with the game.
This new footage is the work of 15 volunteer staff members. Most of the assets are temporary but the gameplay is pure Fire Emblem.

Anyone who has played the 8 or 16-bit Fire Emblem games will recognize Kaga's touch in this new title.
Vestaria Saga is being developed for the PC using SRPG Studio. If it's ever finished, it will be released for free.
