Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remastered Gets Patch for PS4
This may be the first time I am actually happy to get more RNG in a game!

It took awhile, but Square Enix has finally patched out the bugs in the PlayStation 4 version of Final Fantasy X/X-2 Remastered. When it was released, the PlayStation 4 version had two pretty annoying bugs in the game that were not game breaking, but did lessen the experience while playing. First off whenever you loaded a save file, the first encounter you faced in an area was always the same. Not only did it spawn the same enemies in battle, but the monster AI would act out exactly the same every time. This was annoying for a lot of players that wanted to finish the monster hunting sidequest, as well as anyone that was having trouble beating a boss to only have it do the same actions every time you faced it. The other bug was that the games BGM would restart after every battle. So instead of hearing the amazing BGM for an area in it's entirety, you would only hear maybe the first 30 seconds or so before a random encounter would come along and reset it.

Thankfully both these bugs have been squashed, and you can now enjoy the definitive version of both games on the PlayStation 4. Now get out there and blitz!
