US version still in submission with Sony.

Steins;Gate is coming to Europe on June 5th and will launch with both a retail and digital version of the game.
But don't worry if you are from North American, PQube Head of Marketing Geraint Evans told Rice Digital that, "the US version is still in submission – for a second it was looking like we would have to make a change to the game, and obviously this is something we did not want to do. Thankfully Steins;Gate will remain intact. We'll update on release timings when it exits Sony submission in the US."
Steins;Gate will have an exclusive limited edition through Game UK which will include an art book. For the exclusive "El Psy Kongroo Edition" of the game, which will include the same art book and a set of exclusive pin badges, you will have to purchase the game through Rice Digital.
