Costumes, Story Mode and More Coming to Persona 4: Dancing All Night
Dance, Nanako! Dance!
02.17.15 - 2:40 PM

In a recent Q&A session with fans, Persona 4: Dancing All Night's producer Kazuhisa Wada has provided information on what to expect of the game when it comes out. For those of you who forgot, Persona 4: Dancing All Night is a rhythm game that takes place several days after the end of Persona 4 Golden.

Included will be everything you could expect from a rhythm game. The gameplay will follow the convention of timing button and D-pad presses with notes as they travel to six different areas of the screen. Similar to other rhythm games, there will be button sequences that require multiple presses, long holds and scratch elements. Additionally, Dancing All Night will be compatible with touch functions.

The story mode will have four difficulties and a Free Dance mode where you will be able to unlock additional songs. Also, Atlus has put a huge effort into having multiple costumes for each character and promises more costumes are coming as DLC. And of course, there is also DLC planned for additional songs as well.

Most importantly it was revealed that Nanako will play a big role in the story and will even dance. Unfortunately, she will not participate in any of the battles in story mode.

Persona 4: Dancing All Night releases in Japan on June 25th for the PlayStation Vita. A downloadable version will be released at a later date and will be compatible with the PlayStation TV.
