Blizzard Sending a Special Gift to 10 Year WoW Veterans
Apparently the traditional gift for a 10 year anniversary is tin or aluminum.

Reports are circulating that Blizzard is shipping a special gift to commemorate the 10th anniversary of its blockbuster MMORPG World of Warcraft. Players who signed up within 60 days of the game's American and European release (Nov. 23, 2004 and Feb. 11, 2005 respectively) will receive a miniaturized version of the orc statute that decorates the Blizzard campus. The statuette features a special seal on the bottom commemorating the 10th anniversary.

It remains unclear whether the 10 year subscription must have remained uninterrupted or not to be eligible, though it seems likely an going subscription will be a requirement. Either way, happy 10th anniversary to World of Warcraft.
