You'll want to re-run the raid to get all this new loot.

In an update, Bungie announced that hard mode will be unlocked for Destiny's newest raid, Crota's End, next Wednesday, January 21st. Along with a harder difficulty expect tons of other extras; the level cap will be raised to 33, along with new weapons, loot, and an exclusive shader and ship.
Also, Hard Mode will be the only place to obtain the "Crux of Crota" which serves as the final piece needed to fully upgrade the Eidolon Ally (formerly known as the Husk of the Pit).
Expect the raid to be challenging since players will be raiding at a one-level deficit. Bungie gives this warning, "I can't give you a playbook for how to end Crota this time. You don't need my help, anyway. If you've experienced Hard Mode in Vault of Glass, you have some clues for how we can scale up a Raid. Prepare to take better care of your teammates. You'll have fewer options for healing yourself, and each other. The enemies you're about to face are stronger and more prone to temper tantrums. Be brave!"
Hard mode for Crota's End goes live in Destiny on 10 a.m. PST, January 2st1.
