The first expansion brings level cap and new content.

MMORPG TERA has released its first expansion, Fate of Arun, this week in North America. The expansion is free to all players and represents the largest content update to date. Players will get an increase in the level cap to 65 as well as all-new class skills, zone and dungeons.
The expansion also boasts a bevy of new content. For the first time, players set sail for the mysterious continent of Northern Arun, to face new enemies and challenges as they embark on an epic story. Also there is the addition of a unique Coliseum battleground mode that will pit two teams against each other as they race to battle enemies in a PvE environment.
"On behalf of everyone at En Masse Entertainment, I'd like to thank our players for continuing to show their love and support for TERA," said TERA Producer Patrick Sun. "Personally, I'm most excited to see both our hardcore and returning players take on some of the most challenging end-game content in TERA. I'll be on with my level 60 warrior. Come join us!"
Additionally, En Masse Entertainment released a bonus fact this week: TERA has over 17 million registered players around the world. Seems like now is the perfect time to return or try it out for the first time.
