XSEED has officially announced via their Tumblr that Brandish: The Dark Revenant has indeed been pushed from late 2014 to early 2015.
The extra time will be used to submit the game to PEGI for a European rating, as well adjusting the controls, primarily with a reversal of the X and O buttons on the PSP. They will also use this time to work further on the quality of the game's localization.
