2K just announced that we will be getting additional DLC for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. The Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack: The Holodrome Onslaught puts players in a life or death struggle against waves of enemies in an arena-like setting. Classic vault hunters Gaige and Axton will also put in appearances, further connecting the storylines between the three games. Players can expect tons and tons of new loot, including weapons, class mods and skins. The Holodrome Onslaught also comes packed with the original Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack, which raised the level cap by ten.
The Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack: The Holodrome Onslaught is out on December 16th. The DLC costs $9.99 unless you already paid for the season pass, of course. Players should also keep a look out for an upcoming patch that will allow players to raise the difficulty level of the game with a third possible playthrough and reset the campaign whenever they wish. What fun!
