Blizzard To Give Out Free World of Warcraft Time
Five days to be exact.

The release of Blizzard's latest World of Warcraft expansion, Warlords of Draenor, last week didn't go as smoothly as many would have hoped. Blizzard's servers were bombarded by so many players trying to log into the game to experience the new expansion, that it lead to long queue times that stopped many from getting to play. Blizzard went on to state that they were also the subject of a DDoS attack at the time as well. This DDoS attack piled on the issues plaguing the release, as players that could log in experienced heavy lag that further hindered their experience.

After analyzing the problem at hand, World of Warcraft's executive producer, J. Allen Brack, responded with a post on the official Blizzard forums informing players that they will be giving five days of free subscription time to every subscription in the Americas, Oceania, and Europe that was active as of Friday, November 14th. Brack went on to explain that they will also be expanding their instance servers to reduce queue times on high population servers.

Warlords of Dreanor was released on November 13th 2014. Please check back with RPGFan soon for our review!
