New Ys Announced For PlayStation 4 and Vita

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan have announced a brand new entry in the Ys series of action RPGs. Set in the "Goethe Sea," players will once again take on the role of red-headed adventurer Adol Christin. Chronologically, this title will be set before the events of Ys Seven.

The new, currently untitled, Ys game is currently 30% complete and will be launched on PlayStation 4 and Vita sometime next year. We'll leave you with some epic concept art:
