Japanese Pop Idols Meet RPGs in Omega Quintet
We've got new screens for Compile Heart's first PS4 title.
07.21.14 - 3:28 AM

Compile Heart's first PlayStation 4 RPG, Omega Quintet, features fictional Japanese idols in RPG-focused gameplay. The nemesis of the game is an entity known as "Beep" and the five Songstresses are the only ones who can save humanity from it through the power of song and dance.

The turn-based battle system revolves around the five girls, but the main protagonist, a male named Tact, also plays a role. While he is relegated to the back line, he's able to team up with one girl at a time in order to provide support, such as follow-up attacks. As the girls are attacked, their clothing can also be torn in "costume destruction."
