Ubisoft's Child of Light packed a sumptuous presentation that was second-to-none. The colorful painted visuals and storybook aesthetic were complemented by a score composed by Béatrice Martin AKA Cœur de pirate. I found that the soundtrack enhanced the whimsical style while providing an underpinning of weight and drama that expertly rounded out the game. My favorite Aussie editor, Andrew "Guy Who Introduced Me to Vegemite" Barker, also had plenty to say about Martin's music, and was good enough to write it all down for your perusal.
