Yes really! But it won't be on PSP...

After what feels like too many years of rumours, speculation and... well, non-announcements, Square Enix is finally bringing the long-awaited PlayStation Portable title Final Fantasy Type-0 to North America. As one might expect, it's no longer a PSP title. Yet surprisingly, it won't be a PS Vita title either - as it is now 'HD Remastered' and will be on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Currently, we do not yet have a release timeframe.
Meanwhile, Type-0's iOS/Android prequel, Final Fantasy Agito, was also announced for a release in North America and Europe. Released in Japan this past March, Agito takes place in Orience, Type-0's world. As a cadet in the Dominion of Rubrum, players customize their character, take on missions and find or craft their preferred weapons in the game. Final Fantasy Agito will be a free download, so you can be sure there'll be some in-app purchases to be had. However, currently, there is no release date.
