Xseed Hopes To Bring Ys: The Ark of Napishtim To PC
And we hope they do!

Recently, Xseed expressed interest in bringing Ys: The Ark of Napishtim to PC in the west. When a fan asked them about it through social media, they responded that they "would try" to secure it. While news of such a release may be a long way off, Xseed have an excellent track record and will soon be releasing The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky on Steam.

The Ark of Napishtim has previously been released in the west on PSP and PlayStation 2 through Konami, though a PC version already exists in Japan. Assuming Xseed either secure the rights to the translation or re-translate it, they should be able to avoid legal difficulties.
