Anime distributor Aniplex have announced they will be releasing Persona 3 The Movie #1: Spring of Birth on Blu-ray in North America. The film will be subtitled in English, but no dub will be recorded. Check out the first English trailer:
The film will be released on May 20th, and both a collector's and standard edition will be available for $79.98 / $59.98 USD respectively. In the collector's edition, you'll find a soundtrack CD, newly illustrated cover art, a 48-page deluxe booklet, 10 Persona 3 stickers, 4 art illustration cards, and exclusive box art by Keisuke Watabe.
Interestingly, only Aniplex America will be translating that 48-page booklet. So if you're outside of North America and buying locally, it seems it will be in Japanese. Odd.
