It can create diamonds. Pretty sure that's better than Meowth's Pay Day.

We recently reported that a brand new Pokémon, Diancie, had been revealed by CoroCoro magazine. Some more details have now been released about what sort of creature it is, the types of moves it has, and a glimpse into its role in the upcoming 17th Pokémon movie.
As we mentioned the other day, Diancie is Rock/Fairy in typing. We now also know it is known as the "Jewel Pokémon" and has the Clear Body ability, which prevents all status reductions. While we don't yet know its full moveset, it has been confirmed to know both Hyper Beam and Explosion. Not exactly two of the most useful moves.
Its Pokeédex entry says it weighs 19.4 lbs. (8.8 kg) and is 2'04 (0.7 m) tall. Its data entry states that "by compressing carbon found in the air between its two hands, it can create many diamonds in an instant," and its apparently known for "its gleaming pink body that enchants multi-millionaires from all over the world." In the upcoming movie, it will be the Princess of the Country of Diamond Ore, whatever that means exactly.
The movie, "The Cocoon of Destruction and Diancie," will be released on July 19 in Japan this year, and is sure to be followed shortly after by an international release. No news yet on when Diancie will be distributed to the Pokémon X & Y games.
