Just announced today, Square Enix revealed that in Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII you'll be able to dress Lightning up in Yuna's "Spira Summoner" outfit from Final Fantasy X. As a bonus, you'll also get Yuna's "victory pose" when wearing it. Take a look:
They also said it will be available through other means at a later date, presumably paid through PSN or XBL. At a later date, Yuna's Gunner outfit from Final Fantasy X-2 will be released too, but it's not yet known how it will be distributed.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will be released on 360 and PS3 on February 11 in North America, February 13 in Australia, and February 14 in Europe.
