Redaction Returns: Scratch That, No Lightning Returns Demo For You

Remember that Xbox 360 demo for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII we mentioned a couple days ago? Well, it's no more. Apparently the demo was posted accidentally, and was not meant to be available yet.

Polygon contacted Square Enix regarding the issue, and a representative for the developer replied, "There was a technical glitch and the demo that was on [the Xbox Games Store] has since been taken offline."

No timeframe was given for when the Lightning Returns: FFXIII demo will officially show up on either Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 just yet, but when it Returns, we'll let you know.
