As promised by director and producer Naoki Yoshida earlier this week, Square Enix today shared a trailer for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn's patch 2.1, the MMORPG's first major update that brings a ton of new additions and changes - namely the Crystal Tower, PvP and free company (guild) housing. With so much content, the trailer for 2.1, below, is no less than ten minutes long and covers just about everything new.

The first live Letter from the Producer that talks about this patch can be found here. The second Letter (XI) is scheduled for early December 14th, while the patch will be available on December 17th. Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will be available on PlayStation 4 next April.
