Rift Now Available On Steam

Trion Worlds has announced that their MMORPG Rift is now available on Steam. While Rift has been free-to-play for several months now, the debut on Steam will open up to an even wider audience.

Listeners of Random Encounter will know it's no secret that I'm particularly fond of Rift's deep customization system. This includes the Storm Legion expansion content and all of the rest of the game's content.

"When we first launched Rift, Steam's dedicated community of gamers helped bring our vision of a dynamic, exciting world to life. We're thrilled to now bring the free version of the game to the largest network of PC gamers online."
