Hometown Story, the next project by Harvest Moon creator Yasuhiro Wada plays much like its somewhat spiritual predecessor, in which you run a shop and, well, live your life. Not surprisingly, that includes eventually getting married. Hometown Story also has a wish system, allowing the player to choose between granting one of six wishes for other characters, or one for themselves. Depending on the player's choice here, the story will branch after that.
Today on its Facebook, Natsume announced that Hometown Story, a Nintendo 3DS title, will go on sale this month, on October 22nd. Just a note to interested Canadians: EBGames Canada has said on their Twitter that they will not be stocking the title. Don't panic however - Amazon.ca has you covered.
