NIS America localized ImageEpoch's Time and Eternity, set to release July 16th, and Derek has an early review! The action RPG combines a unique graphical engine with a zany story involving time travel, weddings, and assassinations. It sounds like a typical anime, and it tries to look like one, but is this experiment a success?
