CI Games Announces Next-Gen RPG Lords of the Fallen

Yesterday it was announced that The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings producer Tomasz Gop, who left CD Projekt RED last year, is heading up a new next-gen title for both consoles and PC. CI Games revealed Lords of the Fallen, a fantasy-themed action RPG described as 'demanding' and 'strategic,' and for the type of player who likes a challenge.

Taking place in a world where the gods have let down humankind, the title's main character is Harkyn, who fights against all odds - the supernatural, and of course the gods. Along the way you will meet characters that remain loyal to the Fallen God as well as others who now oppose him, and you'll make many decisions that will impact the story, Harkyn and the world. Lords of the Fallen promises lots of exploration, huge, impressive enemies and plenty of character customization via class skill trees.

So far, there is not much to see of Lords of the Fallen save the teaser image below. CI Games however does plan to show more of the title off at E3 next month, so stay tuned!
