Last year, Frogwares Studio and Focus Home Interactive - plus Atlus USA in North America - released The Testament of Sherlock Holmes for PC and consoles. The developer has another title centered around everyone's favourite detective in the works, Crimes & Punishments: Sherlock Holmes. And it's now running on a different engine - Frogwares has left behind its homemade one in favour of Epic's Unreal Engine 3 (which titles like Dragon Age 3 and the next Mass Effect title will also be using).

The switch to UE3 not only improves the graphics, but will (hopefully) give the player more of the feeling like they're really investigating crime scenes and the like as Holmes. Watch the tech demo below for the game's new look, and have a look at a couple of new screens and artwork in our gallery below.

Focus promises more media in the coming weeks, and we will be checking Crimes & Punishments: Sherlock Holmes out at E3 in June, so stay tuned!
