Does the dusty red planet make for a good setting in this action RPG?

We've been following Mars War Logs in recent months, leading up to its release. While XBLA and PSN versions are still forthcoming (currently set for release in Q3 2013), last week saw the debut of the game on PC, and Kyle has been playing it to give you his review.
