Muramasa Rebirth Limited Edition, Preorder Bonus Revealed
The LE even comes with a fancy name. 04.11.13 - 1:34 PM Aksys Games is giving Muramasa Rebirth a fresh localization this summer; it was announced this week that they are also giving the Vita action RPG a limited edition plus a pre-order incentive. The Blessing of Amitabha Edition comes with a PlayStation Vita face cover and a skin both made by Hori, a pouch for your handheld, and a framed lithograph featuring artwork by George Kamitani. Additionally, if you pre-order at Amazon or GameStop you will net an 'abridged' soundtrack as a bonus. Muramasa's soundtrack is the work of Hitoshi Sakimoto, well-known to RPG and anime fans. So far, neither the LE nor the soundtrack bonus are listed at Canadian retailers as of this writing. Muramasa Rebirth is a follow-up to the 2009 Wii title Muramasa: The Demon Blade and features colourful, hand-drawn graphics. Players can choose to follow the story of the possessed princess Momohime as she heads west, or the amnesiac ninja Kisuke, who travels in the opposite direction in the search for demon blades - and additional characters will become available via DLC. Either way, you can build your inventory all the way up to 108 blades. The Vita title is set for a June 25th release date.
