Maybe Sega will have Sympathy and release a recording!
03.19.13 - 2:26 AM

If you're like me, you've often found yourself crying alone at night about the lack of Phantasy Star-related musical tributes. However, Sega is doing something to dry those tears and slake your thirst for live, symphonic music.

On March 30, 2013, the famed Yuji Naka and seiyuu/voice actress Atsuko Enomoto will be hosting a symphony of Phantasy Star series music, titled Symphony 2013. Conducted by Masamichi Amano and performed by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, Sympathy 2013 will feature music from throughout the history of the series-- including the classic Genesis titles.

Attendees of the performance will receive codes for the Japanese version of Phantasy Star Online 2, redeemable for a variety of musically-themed bonus items. Locations to purchase tickets are available through the Phantasy Star Portal linked below.
