Square Enix Announces Final Fantasy All The Bravest For iOS.
Looks like that trademark wasn't for Bravely Default.

For a day or so, Square Enix had a website up featuring silhouettes of Final Fantasy characters and Behemoths from Final Fantasy VI. "What could it be?" thought fans, though the website's URL, http://www.jp.square-enix.com/ff_atb/, was indicative of the "All The Bravest" trademark.

Today, we discovered that was true with the announcement of Final Fantasy All The Bravest for iOS. Though it is focused almost entirely on the Final Fantasy series' trademark Active Time Battle system, things have changed. More experience gains you more character slots. More character slots provide more attacks... and eventually you've got a screen full of characters, all with their own ATB gauges. How do you handle it, then? Tap or drag your finger over anyone who is ready to attack, and they do so, creating a very fast-paced, hectic battle.

Like many mobile games, there are some "unique" features tailored to the game type. Every three hours, a Fever option will appear, playing Chocobo music and removing the ATB requirement for attacks. Additionally, premium characters can be purchased, though it's a grab bag what character you'll get. Want Cloud? Be prepared to shell out a chunk of cash unless you're lucky. Additional stages can also be acquired through the store.

Final Fantasy All The Bravest is available now in Asia and should be available tomorrow, January 17, in North America. Interested in what the game looks like? Check out the trailer below.
