Fire Emblem: Awakening Demo Available Next Week
And some English screens. 01.10.13 - 4:20 PM Nintendo's plan for Fire Emblem: Awakening DLC was revealed today alongside plans for a downloadable demo. While the demo will be available on the Nintendo 3DS eShop on January 17th (a week from today), the DLC maps will be made available one at a time, each week after release for a few months. While price points (still TBA) will differ, the first map will be free for the first week after Awakening's release. The maps will have varying goals and rewards, from items to money to characters familiar for longtime Fire Emblem fans. Spot Pass will also offer free content and a local multiplayer mode. Fire Emblem: Awakening will be available on February 4th. As previously mentioned, there will be a downloadable version on the eShop, but pre-ordering a retail copy at GameStop or EB Games Canada nets you a character artbook as a bonus.
