Bravely Default: Flying Fairy Screens Added
An introduction to the 'friend summon' system. 08.06.12 - 12:13 AM One of the most recently revealed features for Square Enix's Bravely Default: Flying Fairy for Nintendo 3DS is the 'friend summon' system. Summoning a friend's character is one of your battle commands (alongside fight, ability, brave, default, flee). That character can then perform a move. You'll have access to friends' characters via data exchanges locally, over wi-fi, or through StreetPass. To have your character be available as a summon, you choose 'send' on the Friend Summon menu, and select the move you'd like to perform when you are summoned. Any of your friends, and strangers you've encountered via StreetPass can then summon your character. The more you summon a friend's character, the stronger that character grows. The newest screens and art cover this system, the recently-revealed character Ringabel, party chat, the latest demo, job commands and support abilities, not to mention the 'Matamatto Boritori' - a group who seeks to wipe out the last few believers in crystal from the kingdom of Lakrika. You'll find plenty in our gallery below. Bravely Default: Flying Fairy, whose fourth demo is now available to Japanese eShop customers, goes on sale on October 11th. An overseas release has not been announced.
