Get ready for Mugen Souls, Legasista and The Witch and the Hundred Knights!
03.30.12 - 12:27 PM

This morning, NIS America announced the localization of three new titles, and they're all PlayStation 3 JRPGs: Coming out West are Mugen Souls, Legasista (Labyrinth Tower Legacista), and The Witch and the Hundred Knights.

Legasista is a dungeon-crawling action RPG which allows plenty of room for customization of your character, job classes, equipment and even personality included. The game takes place in a world where magic prevails and science is presumed long dead, until the character Alto, sets off for the Ivy Tower in search of scientific relics. Legasista, which consists of randomized dungeons is slated for release this August in North America and Europe. However, it is also the only title of the three that's so far listed as a PSN (digital)-exclusive title. You can find a trailer embedded into the game's official website here.

Mugen Souls (sometimes previously translated as Infinite Souls) follows Chou Chou, a supposed undisputed goddess who hopes to make all seven worlds in her galaxy obey her. The game features a free-roaming battle map so you can explore each world, fight and discover items at your leisure. Destroying crystals will activate hyper mode, and using an ability called Moe Kill enslaves your foes and turns them into items depending on their weaknesses. You can also pull off lots of combo attacks and customize all of your characters even down to their body parts and facial expressions.

NIS America notes that some parts of the game may be edited due to some content's 'sensitive nature.' Mugen Souls is set for a fall release in North America and Europe. The official website can be found here, with a trailer on the main page.

Finally, The Witch and the Hundred Knights is an open-world dark fantasy 3D RPG centered on a battle between two witches, yet you'll take the side of the swamp witch as she attempts to defeat the forest witch. As the name suggests, the swamp witch has one hundred soldiers at her disposal, whom you can use in many ways. Each character can equip up to five weapons, leading to many possible combo attacks, and you'll have chain attacks at your disposal as well. The Witch and the Hundred Knights is slated for a 2013 release in North America and Europe.

You can find Japanese screens of all three titles below.
