Cyanide Studio's Confrontation, a video game adaptation of the war game from Rackham, now has an official release date, publisher Focus Home Interactive announced today. The PC title, which allows players to take on the role of the leader of a Griffin group of soldiers, will hit shelves and be available via digital download as of April 5th, just over two weeks away.

This tactical RPG leads players and their party through enemy areas like the Scorpion laboratories, the desert of Syhar, the Diisha forests guarded by wolves and the goddess Yiisha, the Orc-infested Bran-O-Kor canyons, and much more. The latest screens for Confrontation below have a look at some of these areas. Be sure to check out our gallery for our other media for the game.
