But when? Who knows.

Capcom recently revealed that players will soon get a chance to try out a demo for its open-world action RPG, Dragon's Dogma. The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 title has had staff from other Capcom series, including Devil May Cry and Resident Evil. The demo will let you try out two classes: As a fighter, you'll get to try out close-range combat as you make your way through an underground labyrinth and face a chimera. As a strider, you'll wander through the plains taking things down with your bow and dagger before going after a griffin. Your party will consist of three pawns, and you'll also get to try out the character creation tools. Even better, you'll be able to carry over both your character and main pawn into the full game.

Capcom has not yet specified a date for the demo, only that it will release ahead of the full game. Dragon's Dogma is slated for release on May 22nd in North America and May 25th in Europe.
