You Can Marry Rune Factory 4's Bosses, Too

Rune Factory 4, the first Nintendo 3DS entry in Marvelous AQL's series, has no shortage of spousal candidates. In fact... you can even marry some of the game's bosses.

It sounds bizarre, but here's how it works: Some of the bosses will take on a human form once defeated - and become one of your candidates. Kohaku and Dilas are two such characters. The adorable Kohaku, who starts out as the butterfly-shaped Ambrosia, below, is cheerful, but a little naïve. She thanks you for rescuing her and you'll take her to the town.

The horse Raiden turns into Dilas, who turns out to be rather quiet and as such can be misunderstood.

Rune Factory 4 will release in Japan in July. No exact date nor pricing was given.
