Good news for fans of Layton, Inazuma Eleven, and anyone looking forward to Pandora's Tower.

Nintendo today released Q1 2012 (January 1st to March 31st) schedules for both North American and European regions, and the more noteworthy titles of interest to RPG fans are as follows:
North American fans can expect to see Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 on the Nintendo DS in February. (Amazon.com currently lists a February 14th release date.) As we know, Tales of the Abyss 3DS, which is already available in Japan and Europe, also shares that date. No surprises here.
Europe has a few more titles as far as RPGFan coverage goes, such as two versions of the second Inazuma Eleven game: Inazuma Eleven 2 Firestorm and Inazuma Eleven 2 Blizzard. Both were simply given as 'Q1 2012.' The region saw the first Inazuma Eleven title earlier this year, which has never seen North American shores.
Also listed by Nintendo Europe is a 'Professor Layton 5' for the 3DS. The name is tentative, but this is most likely Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracle, which was revealed sometime last year but hasn't been talked about for quite some time. Interestingly enough, the North American schedule didn't include this one, but the Level-5 title will make its way over here.
For the Wii, The Last Story has a February 24th date in the EU region, as mentioned last week. Pandora's Tower, meanwhile is listed here for a Q2 release (between April 1st and June 30th). It will be interesting to see how these two titles sell and whether Nintendo of America will be paying attention.
