Lord of Apocalypse Screens Added, Video
Meet your cast and... Cthulhu? 11.02.11 - 12:07 AM Square Enix's Lord of Apocalypse has both a multiplayer mode that allows up to four players to play together, and a solo mode. If you choose the latter, you round out your four-person party with a choice from mercenaries such as Dolphenstein, Yuno, Ruth, and Lauralene. Along with these characters, Cthulhu - who can team up with you for an ultimate attack - shows up in this new video clip too. You can use your friends' characters as well. After exchanging guild tags with other players, you can add their character (an AI controlled version) to your party. In actual multiplayer games players will get to revive each other and team up for ultimate attacks and spells. If you're wondering what's going on in our gallery's art page, that's Lord of Apocalypse's idea of gestures. Yes, really. Don't forget to check out the batch of new screens as well. Lord of Apocalypse for the PSP and PS Vita releases on December 17th in Japan (alongside the Vita itself), but has not yet been announced overseas.
