Episode 1 highlights gameplay basics, a combat overview and more.

For once, I'm (mostly) out of snarky comments for Nintendo of America, and instead want to focus on the excellent news for our European readers: that Nintendo of Europe loves you.
With Xenoblade Chronicles' sooner-than-originally-planned release date coming up, NoE has begun a series of Let's Play videos discussing the game. Episode 1 is embedded below, and is the first of seven total. This first video showcases basic gameplay elements, combat, the game's focal weapon, the Monado, and gives us a good general feel for the game:
The friendly, "hey guys, look at this stuff" tone of the narrator draws some interesting contrasts to Nintendo of America's generally more formal, textbook responses. I'm not exactly saying one is better than the other, but it's worth noting.
