Digimon World Re:Digitize Detailed
Yes, it's another Digimon RPG. 07.20.11 - 12:19 AM Digimon is no stranger to the RPG genre; in fact, we recently reviewed one of its Nintendo DS installments. Now the Digimon World series is headed to the PSP. Though the website is still counting down until the game's full reveal tomorrow, this week's V-Jump revealed a few tidbits on the game. Titled Digimon World Re:Digitize, the game's main character is a 14 year old boy who loves motorcycles, and his partner Digimon is an Agumon (who would later evolve into a Greymon). Trapped inside a digital world, he relies on some kind of device on his shoulder to communicate with the Digimon. Screens and artwork in the magazine apparently show what looks like a Tokyo neighborhood, and a city which is said to be the game's digital world. Hopefully we'll get a look at these areas when the game is fully revealed tomorrow. Another tidbit worth noting is the game's genre. According to Jump, this isn't just any old RPG - it's a 'Digital Growth RPG.' Digimon World Re:Digitize for the PSP hits Japan sometime next year.
