Romance Ceres In Pandora's Tower
I guess feeding a vegetarian meat counts as romantic now...

It seems like the romance option is making its way into as many RPGs as possible as of late. And Pandora's Tower for the Nintendo Wii is no different, despite not having a big cast. Not only do you as main character Ende keep Ceres from turning into a beast by feeding her monster meat, but you can give her other kinds of gifts too. Giving her anything from food to jewelry will affect your relationship with her. Just like with her 'mark of the beast' curse, the Oreickalcum chain also provides you with a meter that keeps tracks of your connection to her.

Of course, you still have to make sure she doesn't turn into a beast, either. Of the meat that you can feed Ceres, there are four kinds, from least to most effective: Dry, best, dripping and pulsing meat. And don't forget the flesh from each of the towers' bosses, too.

(Does this description make anyone else crave a steak...? Just asking.)

You can collect all kinds of items from the foes you've defeated and around the towers. What you'll find depends on when you go into the towers, seeing as time passes in the game whether your characters are exploring or asleep in the observation tower. Not only can you sleep here, but you can store goods, ask the merchant Graiai to create weapons and items for you, and have conversations with Ceres.

Here's a short TV commercial.

Lastly, Famitsu rated Pandora's Tower for a total of 31/40. The reviewers praised the game's pace, its gameplay and optional quests, but didn't like the graphics as much.

Pandora's Tower releases on May 26th in Japan.
