On the official blog for Atelier Meruru: The Alchemist of Arland 3, director Yoshitoko Okamura announced that the PlayStation 3 title's development is now complete. To celebrate, he's giving away a sweet Atelier Totori tapestry. Totori is the second in the Arland sub-series, with the first being Atelier Rorona, which NIS America brought over last fall.

Hw also gave us a look at another item in the game's premium box. Aside from the crystal paper weight, there's also a cute Meruru charm included:

Pre-ordering the Gust-developed title also nets you a drama CD. Gemaga will also be publishing an Atelier Meruru Perfect Works artbook sometime in September.

If that's not enough, someone took some footage of a retailer promo video last week. It gives an overview of the characters (Rorona sounds like a total smurfette... but it's adorable), item creation, battles and other kinds of gameplay.

Atelier Meruru is set to hit Japanese shelves on June 23rd, with the regular edition priced at 7140 yen ($88.86 US), and the aforementioned premium edition at 10,290 yen ($128.06 US).
