Namco Bandai Announces Nendoroid Generation
Yes, it is just what it sounds like.

You know those cute little Nendoroid figures that you sometimes see as part of some games' limited editions (like Disgaea 4)? As part of their 10th anniversary, Good Smile Company's figures are getting their own video game. Nendoroid Generation is an RPG in which the figures - well, characters - attend Nendo High School. The battle system promises chain combos which depends on the party you have, group attacks, and even a dance mode.

Already, Nendoroid Generation promises all kinds of cuteness. Which figures will we see in the game? The list is pretty long, but you'll see characters from Black*Rock Shooter (including the titular character), Fate/stay night, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha and Haruhi Suzumiya. There'll be three characters each from ten titles in total. Outside of battle you'll get to 'communicate' with the Nendoroids, including petting their heads.

Famitsu has a few screens here, where you'll see I wasn't joking about the cuteness. Nendoroid Generation for the PlayStation Portable is 20% complete and does not yet have a Japanese date or price tag.
