03.31.11 - 8:24 PM

Square Enix today released a couple of downloadable costumes for Japanese fans of Dissidia 012[duodecim] Final Fantasy, and they're both Final Fantasy IX-themed. Both Zidane and Kuja's are their fourth-form costumes.

Square also announced that two more are on the way: Kingdom Hearts' version of Sephiroth, and Laguna's 'Knight of the Witch' costume. These two, also fourth-form costumes, will be released to Japanese costumers on April 7th. All costumes are 300 yen ($3.60 US) apiece, and have not yet been announced for North America or Europe.

Also downloadable on April 7th in Japan, are two sets of three songs, one for Final Fantasy VII (Crazy Motorcycle, Elec de Chocobo and Birth of a God), and one for Final Fantasy VIII (Liberi Fatali, The Landing, and Shuffle or Boogie). A similar set for Final Fantasy XIV was made available today. Each set of songs is also 300 yen.
