Disgaea 4 Gets A Patch
Yes, the game is two weeks old in Japan. No, it's not a difficulty patch.

Just two weeks after the game's release in Japan, Nippon Ichi has already released a fairly sizable patch for its PlayStation 3 SRPG Disgaea 4. This update makes it easier to gain CP, which you can use to edit or to add objects and items to your map in the map editing mode. Since these maps can be shared online, players might just see more interesting maps in the near future.

The patch, which is apparently 440 MB, also adds another dimension to editing your base, as you can now choose which characters will run your shops. At the base, just press select to choose the character. Each one will of course have his or her own dialogue as well.

For some new screens, check out the last page of the gallery below. Disgaea 4 is currently slated for a summer release in North America.
