It's been a pretty big week for the Tales series, but it doesn't stop with Tales of Graces F's North American announcement or Tales of Xillia's many pretty gallery updates. In this week's Shounen Jump Namco Bandai also talked a little bit about what's new in the Nintendo 3DS version of what was originally a PlayStation 2 title, Tales of the Abyss.
So far the game's got a new logo (which we haven't seen yet), a different battle formation (apparently the characters are lined up in a V - flying V, anyone?), and the map will be seen on the bottom screen whereas you'll use the top screen to move around. Whether or not the game makes use of the touch screen is yet to be seen.
