Not long after announcing something similar for Hyperdimension Neptunia, NIS America announced a premium edition for Ar tonelico Qoga ~Knell of Ar Ciel~ is now available for pre-orders at GameStop or other retailer of choice. Included in the premium box is the game, a hardcover artbook with character and concept art plus a soundtrack CD that includes 60+ minutes of music.
There's just one catch: The Entertainment Software Ratings Board recently gave the title a Mature rating (17+), a first for the Ar tonelico series - the first two games got Teen ratings. The lengthy description mentions partial nudity, but to read the whole entry you can go here.
If the premium edition isn't enough, there also appears to be a premium box + Cosmosphere calendar (which features character art) bundle that you can buy at NISA's online store for an extra $10 US.
